    Your Tenancy and Our Fees

    Your Tenancy
    The landlord offers long term tenancies of up to 3 years with a 12 month break clause meaning you have added security and flexibility.


    Holding Deposit - Equivalent to one weeks rent
    This charge is payable per property and confirms your intent to proceed with the proposed tenancy. The fee is payable prior to referencing for the property. This payment will be deducted from your move in monies should you be successful with an offer of tenancy for the property. 

    Deposit - Equivalent to 5 weeks rent
    A deposit equivalent to 5 weeks rent will be held to protect your landlord should you fail to meet the obligations under your tenancy. Your deposit will be protected with the Deposit Protection Service (DPS). No deductions can be made from your deposit at the end of your tenancy without your agreement and should you wish to dispute a claim you can do so using the DPS Dispute Resolution Service.

    A deposit of 5 weeks rent, minus your holding deposit and the first month’s rent in advance will be due prior to move in to the property.


    No admin fees are payable for the property. A holding deposit of one weeks rent is due before referencing however this is refundable from the security deposit on move in or fully refundable if you decide not to proceed.
